Australia: Free shipping within Australia using Australia Post. Some orders may require a signature on delivery.

Please check your address details are correct. Your parcel is our concern but your responsibility, please ensure you have identified a secure location if your parcel is to be left.  Alx-zia does not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.

International: For International shipping there is a flat fee of $40 and we strongly advise that you check the importation regulations of products into your country, check for any import taxes and adhere to the guidelines in the country in which you live. Alx-zia cannot be held responsible for any foreign taxes or other fees that may be applied by customs where a delivery is made. Your parcel will be sent registered post with a consignment number.

Please check your address details are correct, we hold no liability if you provide us with an incorrect postal address.

Please note items will not be sent to a PO Box address.

Any parcels that are returned to sender and need to be re-shipped will be at the cost of the customer.


Australia (jackets, vests, throws, scarves): These products are sent via Australia Post Platinum.  Estimated delivery time between 2-3 working days after payment is made.

Australia (keyrings, beanies): Australia Post estimated delivery time between 10-14 working days after payment is made.

International: International deliveries are often between 14 – 21 business days after payment is made.  

Although we will promptly ship your garment, Alx-zia cannot guarantee the time it takes for your parcel to arrive as the global pandemic has impacted delivery times and these are subject to change.


Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, if the size is incorrect, we are happy to refund your fur in line with our 7-day return policy. After 7 days all purchases are final, and we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase and your item must be:

  • in the same condition that you received it,
  • unworn
  • unused
  • unwashed
  • unmarked
  • unaltered
  • undamaged
  • Not sprayed with perfume
  • swing tags attached
  • in its original packaging

Any returned item that does not meet the above requirements and returned stained in any way or have been dry cleaned or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.

Any costs for postage to return the item to Alx-zia will be incurred at the customer’s expense. These costs are non-refundable.

It is highly recommended that you use a trackable courier when returning an item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Damages and issues

We carefully inspect all orders prior to shipment.

Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage within 48 hours by emailing including images with your areas of concern and proof of purchase so If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Your item will either be fixed, replaced or refunded.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, Custom orders or gift cards.


We don’t offer exchanges on orders. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To start a return, you must contact us at within 48hours. Once we receive your email, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Alx-zia reserves the right to refuse to refund, provide an exchange or credit note should the item not meet our requirements stated in this policy.

If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
